Christopher Mintz-Plasse enters 2023 as an engaged man after proposing to his girlfriend Britt Bowman.
After five years of dating, the 33-year-old Superbad star revealed he popped the question to his other half, who works as a live music photographer, on Christmas Eve with a beautiful diamond ring.
‘Life is over!!! ❤️❤️❤️,” he captioned a slideshow of cute snaps, which began with a selfie of them kissing as she showed off her latest accessory to the camera.

The next image showed them smiling as she held her sparkler, before another of them was grilling in their kitchen, arms wrapped around each other.
Bowman looked elated with tears in her eyes after agreeing to marry her longtime love while wearing a black and white sweater, black jeans and a nose ring.
Additional photos from the holiday weekend showed them bowling with friends and Mintz-Plasse practicing kneeling with his friend Matthew Koma, who is married to Hilary Duff.

She tagged photos from the special day in South Sioux City, Nebraska, but later revealed on her Instagram story that they were headed for a long road trip after their plane was canceled by Southwest Airlines.
Mintz-Plasse is best known for appearing in Superbad (2007) Jonah Hill and Michael Cera’s dumb friend Fogell, who would later earn the nickname McLovin.
