Where is Kanye West?
Wild rumors are swirling that the artist now known as Ye is ‘disappearing’ – as his former business manager tries to serve him with a $4.5million lawsuit, reports The US Sun.
Thomas St. John, who is suing the erratic “Gold Digger” rapper and his company Yeezy for allegedly unpaid fees, told a court he was also unable to find a suitable address for Ye.
Rumors about the whereabouts of the 45-year-old tycoon began to spread after a tweet sent by Daily Loud, which wrote: “Kanye West is said to have disappeared and could not have found [sic] for weeks according to his ex-entrepreneur.
According to documents obtained by the outlet, St. John on Dec. 19 requested an extension until the end of March to serve the trial.
The former entrepreneur was also reportedly unable to join Ye’s legal team.

“We have been advised of a new law firm for the defendants, but not of a specific point of contact,” the court filing cited by The US Sun reads.
“We subsequently learned from newspaper reports that the law firm identified as the new attorney was not affiliated with the defendants. As a result, we were unable to serve the defendants through of their attorney,” the document reportedly said.
“Generally speaking, we had a hard time confirming Kanye West’s current best address,” he continued.

“For Mr. West, despite our diligent efforts, we have been unable to determine his current residential address and therefore have not yet attempted to serve him personally. Instead, we attempted to serve it by courier to several possible addresses,” the filing adds, according to the outlet.
St. John unsuccessfully attempted to serve the rapper at his California homes in Hidden Hills, Malibu and Calabasas, reports The US Sun, citing the documents.
“We will continue to make diligent and reasonable efforts to serve the defendants,” including engaging “appropriate agencies” to help locate the elusive artist.
St. John claims he was not paid for the guaranteed 18 months of work for Ye, despite only working three months and supposedly being paid $300,000 for each of them. them, according to the report.
In January 2022, Ye allegedly became “heated and aggressive” and “yelled” at St. John, saying he no longer wanted to work with him, the complaint states.
“When confronted with the 18-month commitment that had just been made, Mr. West said words like ‘The 18-month term was bullish – and ‘You’re crazy to even think I’m would hold ” ” the lawsuit alleges.
Neither Kanye nor his representative responded to the outlet’s request for comment regarding the legal deposit.
Ye was last seen in public on December 18, when he was photographed taking two of his children to church, according to The US Sun.
The rapper was recently embroiled in controversy for unleashing a bizarre anti-Semitic tirade on social media. He also praised Adolf Hitler during a messy appearance with Infowars host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.
“I also see good things about Hitler. Every human being has a value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler,” he said.
Recent negative publicity has cost him lucrative partnerships with big brands such as Adidas and Gap.
German sportswear maker Adidas severed ties with Ye last month.
Gap, another business partner who sold Ye’s clothing line, also let go.
Ye’s terminated partnerships reduced his net worth by about $2 billion to $400 million, according to Forbes.
